LifeBridge Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in Maryland, providing high-quality, compassionate care within a collaborative, mission-driven environment. As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver direct patient care across a diverse population, working closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and support staff to optimize outcomes and enhance the patient and family experience. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized plans of care, administer medications and treatments safely, and monitor patient responses, promptly recognizing and responding to changes in condition. Using our electronic health record, you will document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and efficiently to support seamless communication and continuity of care. In this role, you will play a key part in patient and family education, explaining diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge instructions in clear, compassionate terms that promote understanding, safety, and long-term well-being. You will coordinate care transitions, including admissions, transfers, and discharges, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure that clinical, social, and emotional needs are addressed. You will uphold strict infection prevention, safety, and quality standards and actively participate in performance improvement initiatives that reflect LifeBridge Health’s commitment to innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence in healthcare delivery.
