Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Registered Nurse in Everett, Washington! This role is on site / in person. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration: **Type:** Six-month contract, opportunity for extension or full time offer **Schedule:** 30 to 40 hours per week, 10-hour days. No weekends, holidays or evenings! **Pay:** $49.50 to $51.50 an hour **Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse:** · Accountable for the coordination of nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education and transitions of care · Supports professional nursing practice across practice settings and across the continuum of care to meet the needs of the patient and family · Function within the clinic to include accountability for planning, implementing, evaluating and communicating all phases of nursing care for assigned patients · Provides leadership through activities such as preceptor role, informal and formal leadership roles, and quality improvement efforts · Delegates patient care according to skill level, experience, patient acuity, fiscal accountability and availability of resources · Evaluates unstable or complex patient care situations and facilitates appropriate intervention · Possesses excellent communication skills; is skillful in mentoring and teaching; and may participate on committees or projects · Responsible for educational instruction to patients and families with health care needs · Evaluates effectiveness of patient and family teaching and makes documentation in patient's charts **·** Other duties may be assigned as required **Qualifications for the Registered Nurse:** · Associates degree · Active and good standing RN license in Washington · Current BLS and ACLS certifications · One year of experience within operating room (ambulatory surgery center OR hospital outpatient department) **Why work for Adecco?** · Weekly Pay · 401(k) Plan · Skills Training · Excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits **Pay Details:** $49.50 to $51.50 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
