Registered Nurse – Extended Care (Long-Term / Skilled Nursing)

Pay: $32.05 – $67.07 per hour (dependent on relevant experience)

The Position
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Extended Care team, delivering high-quality, person-centered care to residents in a long-term / skilled-nursing setting. Full-time; sign-on bonus available.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate resident care in accordance with established standards and care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor and document resident status.
• Direct and support CNAs and LPNs on the care team.
• Partner with the interdisciplinary team on care planning and quality outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Montana Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Long-term care experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.
