Full-Time | Monday–Friday Evergreen Family Health is seeking a compassionate, team-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our primary care practice in Williston, VT. As part of our clinical team, you’ll support providers in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages. Responsibilities include: Assisting with procedures and care coordination Administering vaccines, medications, and performing phlebotomy Triage of patient calls and messages Supporting clinical documentation and follow-up tasks
Qualifications: Active Vermont RN license (required) BLS certification (or willingness to obtain) Primary care or outpatient experience preferred Strong communication, teamwork, and EHR skills
