Registered Nurse- Flagstaff, AZ-Full-Time or PRN

Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of seniors? We are seeking dedicated RNs to join our team in a long-term care and skilled nursing environment. Full-time and PRN opportunities are available.

What You'll Do

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians and within RN scope of practice.

• Perform nursing assessments and monitor resident conditions.

• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.

• Participate in admissions, MDS assessments, quarterly reviews, and interdisciplinary care planning.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare team members.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and resident records.

• Supervise and support nursing assistants and other direct care staff.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.

• Participate in staff development, training, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) License.

• Current CPR/BLS Certification.

• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, home health, medical-surgical, or acute care settings preferred.

• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

• TB Test

• Hepatitis B Vaccination or Declination
