    Allen County Regional Hospital and Anderson County Hospital are seeking a Float Pool RN to support Med Surg, ED, and Long Term Care units. The Float Pool RN will function as both a bedside nurse and clinical resource nurse, demonstrating competency across all assigned areas. This role helps ensure staffing needs are met across both day and night shift.

    • Float differential offered on top of base pay*

    Shift: Full Time Nights (6:45p-7:15a), must work 5 weekend shifts within a 6 week period

    We're looking for a nurse with strong critical thinking skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a positive, professional attitude.

    • Accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
    • Responsible for performing patient care, delegating patient care tasks, and for supervision of other patient care staff.
    • Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
    • This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures

    Job Requirements

    Applicable Experience:

    Less than 1 year

    Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse - Various

    Associate Degree
