Registered Nurse (RN) –Float Team

$35–$46/hr DOE
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8 AM–5 PM

Looking for variety beyond the same office every day? An established medical group is seeking a flexible and adaptable Float RN to support Primary Care offices throughout the Charlotte area, including SouthPark, Billingsley, Uptown, Huntersville, and Gaston County.
What You’ll Do

• 
  Provide direct patient care across assigned offices
  
• 
  Perform assessments, vitals, treatments, medications, and IVs
  
• 
  Handle nurse triage and patient education
  
• 
  Respond to urgent clinical needs
  
• 
  Coordinate care with providers and support staff
  
• 
  Quickly adapt to different teams, workflows, and office environments
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  Active North Carolina RN license
  
• 
  Current BLS
  
• 
  1+ year of RN experience
  
• 
  Outpatient/Primary Care experience preferred
  
• 
  IV and EHR experience
  
• 
  Adaptable, dependable, and comfortable working with different personalities and office environments
  
• 
  Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
  

Full-time weekday schedule | Competitive float rate | Locations typically provided one month in advance
