Schedule: Full-Time, Nights

How you'll make an impact in this role:
  • Lead the delivery of compassionate, high-quality nursing care by adapting to the unique needs of a diverse patient population within a fast-paced environment.

  • Manage and refine personalized care plans, vigilantly monitoring patient progress to ensure every clinical intervention is timely, accurate, and effective.

  • Synchronize care across multiple medical disciplines, acting as the central advocate to ensure the patient’s journey is seamless and well-coordinated.

  • Execute complex clinical orders with precision, translating physician and nursing directions into safe, actionable care that prioritizes patient stability.

  • Collaborate with the broader healthcare team to assess evolving patient needs and proactively solve challenges to improve overall recovery outcomes.

What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of
    hire required.
