Registered Nurse (RN) –Float Team

$35–$46/hr DOE
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8 AM–5 PM

Looking for an RN role with variety, competitive pay, and a consistent weekday schedule? An established multisite medical group is seeking a Float Registered Nurse to support Primary Care offices throughout South Charlotte, including Steele Creek, Ballantyne, Pineville, Matthews, and Waverly.
What You’ll Do

• 
  Provide direct patient care across assigned Primary Care offices
  
• 
  Perform assessments, vitals, treatments, medications, and IVs
  
• 
  Handle nurse triage and patient education
  
• 
  Coordinate care with providers and clinical staff
  
• 
  Respond to urgent patient needs
  
• 
  Adapt to different office workflows, providers, and teams
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  Active North Carolina RN license
  
• 
  Current BLS
  
• 
  1+ year of RN experience
  
• 
  Outpatient/Primary Care experience preferred
  
• 
  EHR and IV experience
  
• 
  Flexible, dependable, and adaptable
  
• 
  Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout South Charlotte
  

$35–$46/hr DOE | No weekends | Full-time weekday schedule

Assignments are typically provided one month in advance. Some travel between offices is required;mileage is not reimbursed.
