Registered Nurse (Floor and Management Roles)

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides skilled nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. The RN is responsible for assessing residents, administering medications and treatments, coordinating care, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with facility policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous SNF, LTC, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing experience preferred.-Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to supervise and collaborate effectively with nursing staff
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations, infection prevention, and resident care standards
• Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
