Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented registered nurse to join our pain management team in a full-time role. This position supports patients throughout their care journey by providing high-quality nursing support, coordinating with the clinical team, and helping deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered care in an outpatient setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in support of pain management services.
- Assist with patient intake, assessment, vital signs, and documentation.
- Support providers during procedures and follow established clinical protocols.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medication instructions, and aftercare guidance.
- Monitor patient responses to treatment and communicate updates to the care team.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical records.
- Coordinate care with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other team members.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment.
- Follow infection control, safety, and quality standards at all times.
- Perform other nursing duties as assigned in support of clinic operations.
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license.
- Active CPR/BLS certification, or ability to obtain as required.
- Experience in pain management, ambulatory care, orthopedics, or related clinical settings preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid clinical judgment, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and basic computer applications.
