New graduates are welcome! Candidates with less than one year of skilled nursing or long-term care experience are encouraged to apply.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician within the RN scope of practice.
Complete comprehensive nursing assessments for newly admitted residents.
Assist with Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments, quarterly reviews, and individualized care plans.
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
Participate in shift reports and ensure continuity of care.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation, assessments, treatments, and resident progress notes.
Provide leadership and guidance to nursing assistants and support staff.
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed.
Participate in staff education, in-service training, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.
Current Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
CPR/BLS Certification.
Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Knowledge of geriatric nursing practices, medication administration, and resident care planning.
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required.
Recent RN graduates are encouraged to apply.
