Consistently identify patient/family learning needs and implements appropriate education utilizing written, and/or verbal, audiovisual material. Strictly abide with hospital infection control and patient safety policies and procedures. Consistently perform all basic skills required for nursing as described on unit-based. Appropriately assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the patient's plan of care. Interpret assessment data and develops an individualized plan of care which will lead to achievable patient outcomes.Job Requirements:Graduate of an accredited nursing program. ADN, BSN, or MSN accepted. Require WI Registered Nurse license at hire. (if multistate compact license, must get WI within 3 months).IL RN license within 3 months of hire.Must be CPR certified within 3 months of hire.ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire.Previous experience desired in surgical services or gastroenterology.  Apply today to join our team!
