Today
LifeBridge Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. As a key member of our interdisciplinary care team, the Registered Nurse will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse population, supporting LifeBridge Health’s mission to improve health and promote well-being in the communities we serve. In this role, you will deliver direct bedside care, perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate individualized plans of care that reflect evidence-based practice and the unique needs of each patient and family.

The Registered Nurse will collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, social workers, and support staff to ensure safe, effective, and timely care across the continuum. You will be responsible for accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record, clear communication with patients and families, and active participation in discharge planning and care transitions. A strong emphasis is placed on patient and family education, advocacy, and culturally competent care, ensuring that each interaction reflects our commitment to compassion, respect, and collaboration.

Working within LifeBridge Health’s culture of innovation and continuous improvement, the Registered Nurse will engage in quality and patient safety initiatives, contribute to performance improvement projects, and support the implementation of best practices and new clinical protocols. You will be encouraged to participate in ongoing professional development activities, including education, certifications, and skill-building opportunities that support career growth and advancement. Our dynamic environment values teamwork, flexibility, and open communication, and you will play an important role in helping shape and refine processes to enhance both patient outcomes and staff experience.

This position offers a blend of on-site clinical responsibilities with the potential for limited hybrid opportunities related to education, coordination, or administrative duties depending on departmental needs. The schedule may include day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts, with appropriate differentials and opportunities for additional hours as needed to meet patient care demands. LifeBridge Health provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement savings options, and access to employee wellness and learning resources, supporting both your personal well-being and professional success.

The ideal candidate is a licensed Registered Nurse who demonstrates strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to collaborative, patient-focused care. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple patients and tasks, and using technology, including Electronic Health Records, to support safe and efficient care delivery. You value teamwork, are open to feedback and continuous learning, and are motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients, families, and the broader community. By joining LifeBridge Health, you will be part of a mission-driven organization that invests in its people and encourages innovation, compassion, and excellence in every aspect of healthcare delivery.
