• License/Certs: Kansas RN license, BLS, ACLS, FHM (within 1 year), PALS (within 6 months), Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP, within 6 months)
• Experience: New grads welcome, prior obstetric or L&D experience preferred but not required

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly pay: $30.00 – $36.50 (based on experience and qualifications)
• Shift differential pay: Evenings ($2.30/hour), Night ($3.75/hour), Weekend ($3.00/hour)
• Full benefits package

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct patient care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum phases
• Monitor fetal heart rates and mother’s vital signs, utilizing fetal monitoring equipment
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and support staff to ensure safe, quality care
• Educate and support new mothers and families
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly
• Assist with emergent situations and neonatal resuscitations as needed

What You Need:

• Current Kansas RN license
• BLS certification (must obtain within first 2 weeks)
• ACLS and FHM certifications (must obtain within 1 year)
• PALS certification (must obtain within 6 months)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within 6 months
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to work night shifts and rotating weekends
