Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to provide onsite employee health and wellness services. The ideal candidate will have experience in primary care, preventive healthcare, health coaching, and employee wellness programs.
Responsibilities
Provide health coaching and wellness support to employees.
Conduct flu clinics and administer influenza vaccinations.
Perform biometric screenings and related employee health assessments.
Provide primary care and preventive health services within the scope of practice.
Work directly with employees to support health and wellness initiatives.
Maintain appropriate documentation and follow established healthcare and safety protocols.
Provide professional, patient-centered care while maintaining confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Knowledge and experience in primary care and preventive healthcare services.
Experience working with employees in a workplace or occupational health setting is preferred.
Experience administering flu vaccinations.
Experience conducting biometric screenings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively in an onsite healthcare environment.
