Education and Work Experience:
Three years' relevant healthcare experience: Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) licensure in state of practice: Handles and coordinates incoming calls related to patients, physicians, referrals and agency services regarding physician orders, patient questions, and patient referrals.
