Primary location: Office based position*** Minimum Experience: 2 years (1 YR General RN + 1 YR HH); 1st Timers are accepted Patient Population: Adults to Geriatrics Certifications / Licenses Required: BLS; SC RN License General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: Patient Care Manager of HH Office; Monday through Friday; Office Manager in Charge of Dashboard - reviewing orders, contact with physicians, clinicians, new admissions, could possibly assist with scheduling. May be needed to assist with visits outside of office. Ratio / Census: Not Specified Unit Systems: HCHB experience needed until 10/1/2026; Epic experience needed after 10/1/2026 *If the clinician doesn't have experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB), they will be required to complete an online HCHB course prior to starting. The course is $250 and must be paid by traveler upfront (margined). Scrub Color: Any color RTO: MAX 7 days Weekends: As needed Floating: Yes, within facility/scope of practice as needed Call Requirements: Yes, possibly 1 per week as needed Mileage: Yes paid at IRS standard rate - Tracked through HCHB Holidays: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays. Major Holidays are listed below: Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving/Black Friday Christmas Eve/Christmas Day New Years Eve/New Years Day Compliance: Full compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule. CLINICAL SCREEN - Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit, if clinical pass and within Piedmont guidelines, candidate will be sent to the manager for final decision. Clinical screens will be sent on case-by-case basis.
