Role: Registered Nurse - Home HealthLocation/Type: DFW Region

• Onsite (in-home visits) DFW-based rural coverage: primarily Cooke, Fannin, Navarro, Hill, and Bosque counties. Also open to candidates in Denton, Grayson, Ellis, Johnson, Kaufman, Hunt, and Hood who can commute.
• Pay: $40/hrSchedule: Full-time, 36–40 hrs/week

This is pediatric home health. One patient at a time. Clear care plans. Consistent hours. Less unit chaos. More focused care.

What you'll do

• Deliver skilled nursing care in patient homes
• Follow care plans and clinical protocols
• Monitor vitals, meds, and home equipment
• Chart visits in KanTime EMR
• Coordinate with families and clinical team
• Support safe care transitions
• Build trust with patients and caregivers

Must-Haves

• Active Texas RN license
• 1 year of nursing experience required
• Available 36–40 hrs/week
• Able to travel within assigned counties
• Comfortable in pediatric home health
• Comfortable working in home settings

Nice to Have

• KanTime EMR or EVV experience
• Prior home health experience
• Bilingual Spanish
