Salary: $45.00 per hour

How you'll make an impact in this role:

• Provide PRN field nursing support to ensure patient care coverage and staffing flexibility, working a minimum of 4 hours and up to 8 hours per scheduled weekday and/or weekend shift.
• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and clinical protocols.
• Implement, monitor, document, and communicate patient care plans and changes in patient condition.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care, ensuring effective collaboration among healthcare team members and timely execution of physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs to support safe and effective transitions of care.

What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Drivers License credentialed from the Illinois Department of Motor Vehicles (IL-DMV) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

What additional requirements you'll need:

• 2 years of hospital or home health experience.
