Points per day/week: How are points broken down? We use a daily point system 5.2 is our productivity. This could be 5 labs/lines, 1 start of care oasis 2 labs/lines, each different visit is waited for what they are doing.
Years of experience REQ: minimum 1-2 years MS or acute care experience
1 year home care experience required

Point Of Care visits: wound care, wound vac, IV therapy (antibiotics, TPN), post ortho/joint, incision assessment follow up, post surgical assessment/complications, post stroke, pneumonia; patient education meds, wound care; trach care, teaching; GTubes feedings, teaching; ADLs assessment, OASIS Doc Exp. wound vac, glucometer, pro-time machine PT/INR, IV pumps, central lines / ports, **need ortho experience, Customer Service and excellence, need to represent self as part of BJC

Do clinicians typically work at the same homes? Yes, clinicians are assigned to a POD which consists of a group of zip codes and a multidisciplinary Team to manage the patients, however if needed they will assist in other PODs to provide patient care.

What is the mile radius that clinicians are expected to cover? It varies, but the range is roughly 40 80 miles starting with the first patient and ending with the last patient.
