Registered Nurse/Home Health

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in home health with high volume case loads required.
• Travel Experience: Must have 1 year of previous home health travel experience. General travel experience not accepted.
• Certifications: BLS certification required.
• Special Requirements: Recent OASIS experience required. An OASIS exam is necessary for interview eligibility. Review Oasis E11 prior to the exam.

Job Details

• Shift: Start at 0800.
• Weekend Requirement: Every 4 weeks.
• Territory: Covering LA County, with a mileage radius of 5-20 miles.
• Mileage: Reimbursed per IRS standard.
• On-Call Requirement: Yes.
• License: Must be active at the time of submission.
• Locals: Accepted, no radius rule.

Job Duties

Caseload: 5-6 patients per day. Our home health department follows an hourly pay model, not per visit. Travelers must start on time at 0800 as per contract.
