Find your purpose by treating patients where they're most comfortable - in their home. As a Home Health Team Registered Nurse, you will work independently providing skilled care for 5 to 6 patients per day. Common duties include wound management, infusion therapy, assessments, education and training for patients on their new diagnosis, and more. We provide extensive training and ongoing RN office support while you're making home visits to patients.
This position will primarily work in Buffalo, Monticello, Annandale, Maple Lake, Clearwater and surrounding areas.

Pay based on experience and degree
Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $39.87 per hour
Bachelor's in nursing starting at $41.25 per hour
Master's in nursing starting at $42.62 per hour
Pay range: $39.87 - $66.52 per hour
Milage reimbursement and extra pay for working weekend shifts
$3,500 hiring bonus for eligible candidates

Qualifications:
Based out of our office in Marketplace Mall, the Home Health department primarily takes place in the communities we serve, in the homes of our patients. Our staff provides services not just for St. Cloud but our surrounding areas as well including Buffalo, Alexandria, Little Falls and more!
