Pride Health is seeking a Home Health RN for one of our clients in MA! (Contract)

Coverage: Merrimac, Haverhill, Methuen, Lawrence, North Andover, Andover, North Reading, Wilmington, Burlington, Bedford, Concord, Acton, Carlisle, Billerica, Chelmsford, Westford, Tyngsborough, Dunstable, Dracut, Lowell, Tewksbury, Carlisle

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm (On-Call-every 3rd week)

Contract: 3-month contract

Pay Rate: $48-53 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oasis Assessment
  • Wound Care, Catheter Care, Labs
  • Disease Process Education, Medication Education, Picc Line Care and Education
  • Lpn And Aide Supervisory Visits
  • Team Case Conference Meetings.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Current active LPN license
  • BLS
  • Prior Home Health experience
  • HCHB experience
