Registered Nurse/Home Healthcare

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our home healthcare team, providing in-home care to patients with varying medical needs. In this role, you will assess patients' health, administer treatments, and educate patients and families to help them manage conditions effectively in a home setting. This position is ideal for an RN who values compassionate, patient-centered care and can work autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive health assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, wound care, and other prescribed treatments in line with physician orders.
• Educate patients and their families on managing health conditions, medications, and creating a safe home environment.
• Monitor and document patients’ progress, noting any changes in health status and communicating with physicians and other healthcare team members as needed.
• Respond to patient needs and provide ongoing support, ensuring a high standard of care.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license in Arizona.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home healthcare or community health.
• Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration, and wound care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, make sound clinical judgments, and manage time effectively.
