Providence is calling for Registered Nurses (RNs) to Providence Mount St. We are looking for Full time and Part time for all shifts (Day, Evening, Variable) Registered Nurses (RNs) work alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide whole-person quality care to patients in need. Vincent’s Transitional Care Unit is an intermediate and high-acuity department that facilitates recovery from serious injury, illness, disease or medical condition. From the moment patients leave the hospital, we guide and care for their physical, emotional and spiritual needs before they’re able to return home, preparing them for the road ahead.
