Reporting Directly to the Hospital at Home Director of Nursing, the Hospital at Home Staff RN is responsible for providing high-quality patient care to various patient populations within the framework of the BILH Hospital at Home program. The program provides inpatient-level care for patients in the comfort of their home. The Hospital at Home Staff RN is a Field Based Nurse with some virtual nursing in a centralized command center located in Charlestown. This is a fully on site position. Field assignments can be within a 25 mile radius of any BILH hospital.

Pay Range:
$37.00 - $95.74
The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
