Location: Memphis, TN
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights 7P-7A | 3x12 schedule, every other weekend required
Pay Rate: $53/hour (weekly pay)

Facility OverviewWe are a Critical Illness Recovery Hospital –our patients are high acuity and must have had at least a 3-night ICU stay prior to admission. We prepare patients for Rehabilitation, Skilled Nursing, Home discharge, or Palliative Care.Patients may present with:
Stroke, TBI, spinal cord injuries
Trauma and surgical complications
Respiratory failure and ventilator dependence
Cardiac failure and cardiogenic shock
Non-healing wounds and complex medical conditions
The patients have had extended hospital stays prior to admission, with an average length of stay of 4–6 weeks.Acuity
Highest acuity: patients on vents with vasoactive drips titrated upward
Lower acuity: extended IV antibiotic therapy patients
