Facility OverviewWe are a Critical Illness Recovery Hospital –our patients are high acuity and must have had at least a 3-night ICU stay prior to admission. We prepare patients for Rehabilitation, Skilled Nursing, Home discharge, or Palliative Care.Patients may present with:- Stroke, TBI, spinal cord injuries
- Trauma and surgical complications
- Respiratory failure and ventilator dependence
- Cardiac failure and cardiogenic shock
- Non-healing wounds and complex medical conditions
The patients have had extended hospital stays prior to admission, with an average length of stay of 4–6 weeks.Acuity- Highest acuity: patients on vents with vasoactive drips titrated upward
- Lower acuity: extended IV antibiotic therapy patients
