Position Summary:
We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for new graduate nurses to join our organization as part of the RN New Graduate Residency Program, in preparation for the opening of our new hospital in May 2027. Our current hospital will remain fully operational until the transition to the new facility is complete, ensuring continuity of care and training throughout the move.
This posting is for the September 28, 2026 New Graduate Registered Nurse Residency. This is an exciting opportunity to be among the first group of nurses hired and trained to help build and grow our future teams.
As a new grad Registered Nurse I, you will provide direct and indirect patient care in the acute care setting. Your role is to communicate with physicians/Nursing Unit Director/Charge Nurses/co-workers as appropriate about changes in patient's clinical condition. This includes hemodynamic monitoring, results of diagnostic studies, and symptomatology. The ideal candidate will be able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
Program Overview:
All nurse residents will begin their training within the Medical-Surgical Float Pool. This structure provides new graduates with the opportunity to gain comprehensive experience across multiple units and patient populations. Through this model residents will develop essential clinical skills, strengthen their confidence, and prepare for a successful transition into professional nursing practice.
This residency program offers new graduates the opportunity to begin their nursing careers in a supportive, growth-oriented environment while contributing to the development of our new hospital's care teams and culture.

Overall, the training programs will be approximately 12 months of hands-on and classroom training, as well as being paired up with a seasoned RN Preceptor. Key highlights:
