Travel Registered Nurse - ICU/ED/MSU (Days/Nights)
Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse - ICU/ED/MSU for a 13-week travel assignment in Fort Defiance, AZ.
Contract Details
- 8-12 hour Day/Night shift, but flexible to work other shifts, weekends and holidays, if needed.
- Start Date: 9/1/2026
- Contract: 13 Weeks
- Location: Fort Defiance, AZ
- Hourly Pay: $ 53.00
- Non-taxed Stipend: $ 1246.00
- Weekly Total Pay: $ 2677.00
- Orientation: Traveler should report to Clinical Education, see welcome email for directions.
- Business casual/scrubs are ok.
- Holiday Coverage Required: Yes
- EMR Used: RPMS
** Reports daily to House Supervisor for assignment to specific unit. MUST BE FLEXIBLE
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress
- Administer treatments
- Identify changes in a patient’s condition and react accordingly
- Maintain patient records
- Complete paperwork necessary for patient transfer out of the intensive care unit
Compensation:
- Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)
- Pay package details provided upon offer
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have 3 plus years experience (experience MUST include all three Emergency, Medical-Surgical/Pediatrics and Intensive Critical Care)
- American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and Moderate Sedation ( Moderate Conscious Sedation may be obtained through the facility after confirmation ($100 - $200).
- Must have ACLS and PALS certifications.
- TNCC desired
- Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association during employment
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability

- Drug screen and background check (facility required)
