Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a Registered Nurse ICU for our client in Moses Lake WA 98837 . This is a 13-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!
Position Title: Registered Nurse ICU Location: Moses Lake WA 98837 Duration: 13 Weeks (Possible Extension) Work Schedule: Days 12*3 (36hrs./week) Pay rate: 60-70$/hr.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including physical, psychosocial, and cognitive evaluations to develop individualized care plans.
Monitor critically ill patients, recognize changes in condition, and initiate timely nursing interventions.
Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and treatments safely in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
Operate and monitor critical care equipment, including cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, ventilators, and other life-support devices.
Continuously evaluate patient responses to treatment and update nursing care plans as needed.
Accurately document assessments, interventions, medications, and patient outcomes in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, medications, discharge planning, and disease management.
Delegate and supervise patient care activities performed by LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare personnel while ensuring quality standards.

Active RN License for WA state.
Minimum of 1 year of RN ICU experience preferred.
Current BLS and ACLS Certification.
Strong communication, teamwork, and resident care skills.
Ability to work flexible days, including weekends and holidays as needed.
