2Y/1ST TIMER 0 ICU RN (MS Float) - Req 10351

**8wk contract only for ICU starting in August if we cannot find a candidate to do MS & ICU 16wk contract (MS - June/ICU - August). Firm on 8wks only if not a combo caregiver for ICU**

Will position float between units: yes per unit needs
Is on-call required? No
Are weekends required? Yes Every Other
Are block schedules required? No
What are expected ratios? 1:2
Special requirements: Will be working a current caregiver's schedule while she is on maternity leave. If the ICU closes due to low census, caregivers may float to MS as helping hands.
Are 48 hours approved: No

*** professionals may be required to float to other units and facilities in order to meet the needs of PH&S.
Facilities:
Milwaukie, Newberg, Portland, Hood River, Willamette Falls, Seaside, and Saint Vincent

*Note for Seaside floating only If your traveler is booked to a non-Seaside facility and asked to float to Seaside, they will receive + ***/hr incentive for hours worked at Seaside in addition to IRS Mileage reimbursement.

If floating consecutive shifts, they will be additionally offered a hotel.

Facility agrees to give as much notice as possible when floating to Seaside.
