FLOAT POOL LOCATIONS: Thornton (La Jolla), Jacobs (La Jolla), Hillcrest (in Hillcrest) * , East Campus (La Mesa) RN must be OK working 3 locations during the contract. RN may float to EDIP (emergency department inpatient overflow in the ER)

Required:
MUST HAVE 2 years of exp
A-lines and phlebotomy HARD STOP
PICC Lines
Chest Tubes
Vents, Tele, IV Start
ACLS, BLS, NIH

Preferred:
Pulmonary Artery Lines
ICP
BSN

PATIENT POPULATION: Cardiac, Neuro, General, Stroke, Medical, Surgical, kidney, Liver solid organ transplant, Trauma - please list all the areas of expertise for the RNs

SCHEDULE:
- 4-week schedule will be sent to the RN two weeks ahead of time.
- NO blocked or self-scheduling.
- RN will receive a phone call 2 hrs before shift letting RN know which facility they will be working that shift.Facility Name: UC San Diego Float Pool

Shift:Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

Overtime Multiplier: 8 regular hours in a day AND 40 regular hours in 1 week : 1.3%

Double Time Multiplier: 12 total hours in a day : 1.6%
