This temporary role requires strong clinical expertise, effective communication, and collaboration with site leadership and third-party medical partners to support employee health and safety.Key Responsibilities* Coordinate and support on-site physical examinations for employees* Manage and assist with respirator fit testing programs* Collaborate and communicate effectively with site managers and leadership teams* Attend and participate in site staff meetings* Coordinate and communicate with third-party medical partners (ProActive)* Provide occupational health support as needed in a manufacturing/industrial environment* Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to employee health services* Be available for on-call support, including weekends, when not on siteRequired Qualifications* Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California* Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience* Strong oral and written communication skills* Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including site managers and external partners* Experience or comfort working in a manufacturing environment where chemicals are processed* Ability to walk long distances between buildings and maintain mobility throughout the workday* Strong organizational and coordination skillsPreferred Qualifications* Bilingual in SpanishWork Environment & Physical Requirements* Manufacturing site with chemical processing* Must be able to walk extended distances between buildings* Must be able to work on-site and respond to on-call needs as requiredIf you are interested in this role, please apply via the apply now link provided.
