REQUIRED LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS

" Pennsylvania Single State or Compact license required at the time of submission

" Required Certifications: BLS; ONS Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Provider Course (may be obtained prior to start)

" Oncology and Hematologic diseases

" Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy administration; Biologics and other specialty infusions.


UNIT DETAILS AND FLOATING

" Ratios: Patient Ratio Experience: 1:5-6

" Unit Details: Adults; 90 Visits Per Day; 12 Beds

" Scrubs: Navy or blue scrubs.

" Floating: May float to the Willowcrest Infusion Center, located in the Willowcrest Building on the Jefferson Einstein Philadelphia Hospital campus.
