Working on a brand new 24 bed complex surgical unit
Providing care for all pediatric patients (all ages), including Orthopedics, General Surgery & Urology, Solid Organ Transplant and End Stage Renal Disease patients
12 of the 24 beds will have 2:1 nursing ratio for patients needing fluid management and hemodynamic monitoring
Working collaboratively to provide family-centered care as a member of a multidisciplinary team that provides expert care
Working 36 hours per week, rotating days/nights and every third weekend
Minimum Qualifications
Education: BSN required
Experience:
A minimum of 1+ years of inpatient acute RN experience required
Pediatric experience preferred
PALS or ACLS preferred
Licensure/ Certifications:
Massachusetts RN Licensure
