Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Cross-Functional, End-Stage Renal Failure, Kidney Disease, Nursing, Organ Transplant, Orthopedics, Patient Care, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Pediatrics, Registered Nurse (RN), Surgical Procedures, Urology
- Working on a brand new 24 bed complex surgical unit
- Providing care for all pediatric patients (all ages), including Orthopedics, General Surgery & Urology, Solid Organ Transplant and End Stage Renal Disease patients
- 12 of the 24 beds will have 2:1 nursing ratio for patients needing fluid management and hemodynamic monitoring
- Working collaboratively to provide family-centered care as a member of a multidisciplinary team that provides expert care
- Working 36 hours per week, rotating days/nights and every third weekend
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
BSN required
Experience:- A minimum of 1+ years of inpatient acute RN experience required
- Pediatric experience preferred
- PALS or ACLS preferred
Licensure/ Certifications:- Massachusetts RN Licensure
