Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.   Our float pool nursing team is an agile, professional and supportive team of RNs with the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple clinical software systems. In this role you will enjoy continuous learning by supporting multiple nursing units across the facility. A  Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role: Performs plan-of-care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and related medical care. Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate care (transfers, discharges, referrals, psychosocial/spiritual support). Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physicians, patients, and families. Displays initiative and flexibility to float throughout the building to support departments and staff.   We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care. Applicants should have a current Arizona or Compact State RN license and possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school.
