As a Registered Nurse for our Med/Surg Oncology Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Team, you will be responsible for the following: Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes Qualifications: Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required. Preferred: BSN strongly encouraged. Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred. Pay Range: $36.00 - $90.14 The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time.
