Submission Requirements

• Local candidates accepted at local rates if residing less than 75 miles from the facility.

• Up-to-date resume required, including:

  • 2+ years of IMCU/PCU experience

  • Documented travel nursing experience

• Skills checklist matching the specialty required.

• Driver’s license with address matching candidate demographics.

• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required.

• NURSYS license verification report required for:

  • Active New York RN license

  • All RN licenses

• RTO (Requested Time Off) must be included at the time of submission.

• EPIC EMR experience required.

Common Diagnoses:

• Neurological

• Cardiac

• Trauma

• Respiratory

• COPD

• DKA

• Sepsis

• MI

• Cardiovascular stepdown

• Post-operative

Specialty Equipment:

• Temporary pacemaker

• Chest tubes

• Arterial lines (A-lines)

• BiPAP

• Neptune Vapo

Ventilator Experience:

• Yes — chronic ventilator patients unable to wean

• Respiratory Therapy (RT) available to assist

Patient Demographics:

• Age 18 years through adult

Unit Capacity:

• 64 beds total

• 15 designated Neuro beds
