Department: Associate Travel Program - Interventional Radiology

Schedule: Day shift | 8A - 4:30P| 40 hours per week

Gross Rate up to $2,620 per week

How you'll make an impact in this role:

• Proficiently manage circulating and scrub nurse roles during complex cases such as angiography, biopsies, and stent placements.
• Administer procedural sedation (conscious/moderate) and maintain continuous hemodynamic and vital sign assessment throughout the procedure.
• Implement strict radiation safety protocols (ALARA) and serve as a patient advocate by ensuring informed consent and verifying NPO status.
• Execute thorough pre-procedure assessments and deliver detailed post-operative education and recovery monitoring to prevent complications.

What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

 

Required Credential(s):

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Preferred Credential(s):

• Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

What additional requirements you'll need:

• 1+ year of acute care experience
• Applicable license and/or certification per contract requirements required
