JOB DETAILS:
Ratios: 1:4
Shift: 36 or 48 hour nights 1845-0715; 26 weeks
Call Requirement: REQUIRED; 2 mandatory call shifts per 6-week schedule
Float Requirement: Yes they will float to assist other units
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

PATIENT DIAGNOSES: LDRP and Mother/Baby
SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: This is an LDRP Unit, Couplet Care Ratios 1:4, Yes they will float to assist other units, not take assignments.
Skills, NRP, Fetal Monitoring, Breastfeeding Assistance
Require at least 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience.

SCHEDULING TYPE: Self
UNIT ORIENTATION: 32 hours
SCRUBS: Cecil blue hospital-issued scrubs, can wear navy as well
