You'll integrate education, technical competence, and patient interaction skills to ensure safe and precise treatment under the supervision of a Charge Nurse. Build confidence and cooperation with patients, their families, and other healthcare providers through competent assessment, attentive monitoring, and effective communication. Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations to ensure privacy and safety, delivering optimal patient care. You may also mentor and train students.
