Schedule: Nights | Full-time | 3 (12) hour shifts
How you'll make an impact in this role:Provide highly specialized, direct nursing care to laboring patients and newborns in strict accordance with healthcare organization policies and obstetric safety protocols.
Implement and continuously evaluate individualized care plans, closely monitoring maternal vital signs, labor progression, and fetal heart rate patterns to ensure early intervention when necessary.
Accurately document all stages of labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery, and proactively communicate critical patient condition updates to obstetricians, midwives, and pediatric teams.
Serve as the primary coordinator across clinical disciplines during delivery, and collaborate with the healthcare team to assess and manage postpartum education and safe discharge planning for the growing family.
