**This unit is a Perinatal Float Pool. The nurse must be cross-trained and rotate among all three perinatal units (JMC L&D, JMC Postpartum, Hillcrest LDRP) and must have two years of combined L&D and Postpartum experience, with demonstrated competency in both areas.
