Shift: Night | 3x12 Hours (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Schedule: Every Other Weekend (EOW)

Compensation Breakdown

Hourly Rate: $65.00/hr

• Taxable (W2): $17.00/hr
• Non-Taxable Stipend: $48.00/hr

Weekly Gross: $2,340

• Taxable (W2): $612
• Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,728

OT Rate (W2): $25.50/hr
Hours/Week: 36

Job Description

Seeking an L&D RN for night shifts in a community hospital setting. The role requires flexibility to work across all areas of the department, including Labor & Delivery and Mother-Baby units.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of L&D experience (2 years preferred)
• First-time travelers accepted with strong skillset

Licensure & Certifications:

• MD RN License or Compact License
• BLS & ACLS
• NCC C-EFM (required at submission)
• NIH Stroke Scale, CPI
• STABLE (preferred)

Unit Details

• Patient Ratio: 1:2
• Patient Population: Neonates, Adolescents, Adults
• 4 LDR beds, 1 OR, 2 Triage/Antepartum rooms
• 12-bed Mother-Baby unit (also handles GYN/Women's Surgical)
• Level 1 Well Baby Nursery (typically 35+ weeks)
• ~50–60 deliveries per month
• Charting System: Epic

Additional Details

• Must be comfortable in LDRP, Mother-Baby, and circulating deliveries
• Floating required within specialty and to Mother-Baby/Postpartum
• Weekends: Every other weekend required
• Holidays: As scheduled
• On-Call: Not required
• RTO must be requested upfront (no changes post-offer)
