• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 3 months
• Pay Rate: $77.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Night shift, 3x12 Hours 19:00 07:30
• Guaranteed Hours: Facility has ability to call off once per pay period (2 weeks)
• Travel Requirements: Travel pairs will not be considered
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary

This is a Labor and Delivery RN travel contract position at an Acute Care Hospital (MAGNET designated) in Orange, CA. The facility is a large acute care hospital with 426 total staffed beds. Pending license is not accepted for this role. First-time travelers will not be considered a minimum of 2 years of L&D experience is required as a hard stop. Travel pairs will not be considered, and all RTO must be submitted at time of submittal. Scheduling requests due to outside employment will not be accommodated. Experience in large hospital settings is highly preferred.

• Provide direct patient care in the Labor and Delivery unit

• Weekends may exceed every other to accommodate unit needs

Required Skills

Education Requirements

• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NRP certification required
• AWHONN Intermediate certification required
• AWHONN Advanced certification preferred
• Pending License: Not accepted

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery RN experience required (HARD STOP)
• No first-time travelers prior travel nursing experience required (HARD STOP)
