Registered Nurse — Labor & Delivery | Sign-On Bonus (Full-Time) | Sidney, MT

Pay: $32.05 – $67.07 per hour (dependent on relevant experience)

Schedule options: Full-Time (up to 72 hours per pay period) or Part-Time (up to 56 hours per pay period)
Bonus: Sign-on bonus available for Full-Time hires
Union: Represented by the Montana Nurses Association

What you'll do

Youll provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care for women and newborns through every stage of childbirth—supporting both routine and complex cases.

  • Labor and delivery nursing care

  • Postpartum care for mothers

  • Newborn care and assessments

  • Triage and patient evaluation

  • Non-stress tests (NSTs)

  • Serve as second nurse for deliveries as needed

  • Support patients experiencing pregnancy or delivery complications

  • Collaborate across disciplines to ensure safe, coordinated care

What were looking for

Licensure

  • Current RN license (Montana or eligible to obtain)

Required certifications

  • BLS

  • NRP

  • STABLE

  • Fetal Monitoring (competency/certification)
