Job Description
Summary:
- Location: Anschutz Medical Campus
- Duration: 13 Weeks
- Dates: 10/06/2026 to 01/09/2027
- Shift: 12H Nights, 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
- On-Call Requirement: 3 call shifts required in an 8 week schedule period
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in labor and delivery
- Monitor fetal heart rates and contractions
- Assist in the operating room for cesarean sections and other OB-related cases
Requirements:
- Education: BSN
- Licensure/Certification: RN, NRP
- Minimum 2 years of labor and delivery experience
- Required Certifications: AWHONN Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring OR EFM certification, ACLS, BLS, & NRP
Preferred Skills:
- Experience circulating in the OR for cesarean sections and other OB-related cases
Additional Comments:
- No requested time off approved within the first two weeks of assignment
- Vaccination Policy: Medical and religious exemptions from the seasonal influenza vaccine are allowed
