Position Overview

Join a high-volume, Level IV maternal designated facility delivering compassionate, high-acuity obstetric care. This full-time night shift role offers a professional growth environment with exposure to complex labor and delivery cases.

Position Highlights

• Full-time, night shift schedule
• Level IV maternal care facility
• 12 labor beds, 19 antepartum beds, 4 swing beds
• ~400–450 deliveries per month
• Supportive team culture with opportunities to grow within the organization
• RN levels hired based on experience (RN I–IV)

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5+ years of recent, high-risk Labor & Delivery experience (required)
• Must have worked in acute care setting (no skilled nursing, home health, or recent travel-only experience)
• BSN required
• Active RN license in Texas (or compact)
• BLS certification (additional unit-based certifications may be required)
• Not currently enrolled in NP, PA, or MSN programs
